两列转两行 求一查询语句

一楼的方法 不是我要的结果呀我想查询得到
name count
a    1
b    2
c    3
d    4
。
。转化成
a   b   c   d
1   2   3   4 。 。 。  
最好可以动态的方法,name列未知有多少行。
