文本使用Management studio express修改表列的数据大小后出现的错误。

table1(aaa numeric(2) default 0,其它列...),
aaa没有跟任何一个表的字段关联，但是使用Management studio express
把numeric(2)该为numeric(1)是老实错误，提示无法修改表。Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.的错误。怎么办啊。注意table1中已经有100000条记录了，但是每一个记录的aaa值都是0。请问怎么办才能修改，谢谢。

我建议你直接改成int再试试.建议你用windows 2003 server 企业版(sp1及以上) 安装 sql server 2005 企业版(sp1及以上)

不知道怎么过搞的？我把aaa列删除后重新插入aaa列也不行啊，真是倒霉透了。求帮助。
