    2005 直接 openrowset 读取存进去insert tb(imgcol) select * openrowset(bulk 'X:\..\filename', single_blob) as img

    image/varbinary(max)是同一个概念，2005之前的名称令人误解，2005之后建议使用varbinary(max)代替image，其实是存二进制流的，把图片文件的二进制流存进去，不仅仅图片，其它文档类型都可以存进去，doc,xls等等
