MySql 集群 配置 问题 跪求！！！！！！！！！

按照 http://blog.csdn.net/zhangking/article/details/5670070 这个文档配置的 起不来  有人帮我看看 怎么解决嘛？  万分感谢 很急~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
现在处出现的错误是：C:\>ndb_mgmd.exe
