求一统计SQL语句，请指教

表结构如下id   user    ac    starttime1     aa      bb    2011-04-27 19:48:25
2    tt      ee    2011-04-27 20:48:25现在我想要把每天user出现3次以上的统计出来，并显示他的实际出现次数
