mysql where in 语句很慢,求助

Question

select * from sys_site where id IN ( select  site_id from sys_location )
这条语句非常的慢。
情况：
sys_site 表中 十几万条， 
子查询用了 0.02秒 查询出一条结果
可整条语句 执行了 52.3秒 ！！？？
