MySql安装问题。。。

有人吗？大家好！
安装MySql配置即将结束的时候，点击 Execute 按钮后，在安装程序执行到 Apply security settings的时候弹出错误提示：The security settings could not be database bacause the connection has failed with the following error.
Error Nr.1045
Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'(using password:NO)
.....
这些由于什么呢？

这是在Win7下的。静默安装完MySql后，在安装目录 bin下直接运行 MySQLInstanceConfig.exe 文件进行配置，在配置输入密码的时候三个文本框：输入当前密码、输入新密码和确认 文本框。由于我刚安装完MySql没有设置密码，这个当前密码框空着吗？  我是空着的，然后在后面两个文本框填入新密码，但是接下来就发生了上面的错误。这是由于什么呢？
