win下安装mysql最后一步总是无法启动服务？？？

我以前安装过，卸载以后就再也按不上去了，我知道可能是卸载不完全，但是不知道怎么解决。
总是到了最后一步提示无法启动服务了，
报的错误是：
Could not start the service MySQL.Error:0高手帮忙解决一下，谢谢！

    检查一下你的mysql错误日志中的信息。

    在哪看了，小弟很少用mysql，对mysql不是很熟悉

    到你的 C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\ 看一下 my.ini 文件的内容，其中找出 datadir 对应目录。然后到这个目录中去找一个 *.err 的文件，打开，然后把内容贴出来。

    将原来MYSQL目录删除，在注册表中删除所有有关MYSQL在项

    似乎是INNODB日志与数据文件不匹配

    检查一下你的 C:\MySQL Datafiles 目录的权限设置。授给 everyone FULL的权限然后再试一下。

    将原来MYSQL目录删除，在注册表中删除所有有关MYSQL的项，用清理注册表的软件整理一下，
    在你的系统盘中搜索所有MYSQL的文件，KILL

    把服务里面以前遗留的 mysql  干掉

    在注册表中查找mysql关键字，全删掉，再重装就欧了

    我终于把MySQL装在win7上了，好难啊
