postgresql 安装失败?求教

计算机环境:windows server 2003
安装详细情况如下:
安装提示成功,但是有一个警告,大致内容如下:
problem running post-install step.installation may not compelete correctly thedatabase cluster not initialisation failed.PG的程序是安装好了 ,但是缺少服务一直不创建不了服务.我用了PG8.3.8和PG8.3.10版本都没有用.我也使用的是管理员身份登录.求教到底是什么问题.分不是问题能解决就好!!!!
