mysql5.1服务启动不了，实分郁闷

最近在学习MYSQL，网上下一个MY5.1安装包，结果服务启动不了。网上查资料很多，也没搞明白。
特来请教。
以下是错误文件信息。高手们帮忙分析一下，到底是什么原因。重安无数次，有一次成功，重启机器后，服务又启动不了。
郁闷的我想吐。

    亲爱的大伙们，我找到原因了。如果谁在安装MYSQL服务在启动不了，查到这遍贴子。也请您查看一下，您除WINDOWS以外的其它防火墙设置。我这次竟然是因为安装了瑞星的个人防火墙搞的。悲哀。

    100428 11:31:56 [ERROR] Aborting看到这个消息，一般就是创建PORT没成功，或者是已经有程序占用了这个3306端口，或者是被防火墙可禁了。

    很可能是mysql使用的端口3306被占用
    netstat -an 查看一下
    另外确保你的mysql是不是已经启动了哦
    最后那就是防火墙了

    我的安装完了之后，配置完成点击执行后，也是启动不了服务，然后去服务中启动mqsql服务，出现windows无法启动mysql服务(位于本地计算机上)。错误1067:进程意外终止看的网上好多关于my.ini的解决方法，不管用呢，在日志里看到
    错误应用程序名称: mysqld.exe，版本: 0.0.0.0，
    错误模块名称: mysqld.exe，版本: 0.0.0.0
    错误应用程序路径: D:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin\mysqld.exe
    错误模块路径: D:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin\mysqld.exe怀疑是不是也是防火墙的问题，我试下

    还有我的安装目录里面没有winmysqladmin.exe，倒是有个mysqladmin.exe，我是在win7上安装的mysql-5.1.42-win32.msi
