mysql 导入CVS问题

Question

CVS 里面有中文的 导入到 mysql 之后 就没有数据显示
但 字母和 数字就有数据显示
我导入的时候， 数据库表使用UTF8 导入的时候 也选择了 UTF8
请问这是什么问题呢？
