50分求助！windows vista下怎么安装 postgresql?

---------------------------从postgresql 官网上下了 postgresql-8.4.0-1-windows 版本，刚开始安装的时候还正常，到25％的时候就报错无法进行了，出现了上面的错误！请问怎么能在vista下正确的安装 pgsql数据库？！
我的系统版本是 vista SP2旗舰版！谢谢！
