mysqld --console出错

第一次用MySQL就碰壁了 
网上下了个绿色版的MySQL:mysql-noinstall-5.1.6-alpha-win32
解压后放E盘的mysql目录下的
但是执行命令mysqld --console启动时出错了，书上没说要配置什么的
下面是错误信息，请问是什么问题，该怎么解决E:\>cd mysql
E:\mysql>cd bin
E:\mysql\bin>mysqld --console
