handle continue问题

当插入一批数据时，如果主键重复则不插入，只插入不重复的数据；
但是,test_history (id int primary ket)
id 有1,2,3
test表有1,2,3,4当insert into test_history select * from test时，则并没有插入ID=4的数据，这是为什么，有什么关键字可以解决
