服务器为8核 16G, mysql 运行起来，现在硬盘数据有30G，运行起来占用物理内存6G，感觉占内存太大，麻烦各位帮忙看下，配置是否不合理mysq show variables;

外部硬件的话，主要看内存、cpu、硬盘。 再有就是您说数据库30多个g，还要看业务量有多大，每天要形成多少数据。再有就是硬盘转数，是否做了raid。
光看您这样一个配置，是看不出数据库运行时是否快慢，具体要有现象，也就是您现在数据库运行是否顺畅。
sql语句是否优化，在您执行某操作的时候时候出现卡顿或者延迟等现象。
