为什么我的log_bin文件不能启动

Question

 我在my-default.ini中设置如下：
   [mysqld]
log_bin = D:\log\binlog
log_bin_index = D:\log\binlog
 
其中的路径 D:\log\binlog、D:\log\binlog都是存在的，我执行show variables like '%log_bin%';命令时显示log_bin为OFF

log-bin 和 log-bin-index 应该不相同
D:\log\binlog、D:\log\binlog都是存在的 -------------------------- 这个就更有问题了，参数配置的是文件名，你弄个已经存在的目录和这个文件名一样，文件应该建不起来吧？
