为什么用帐号mysql登陆时不能创建数据库？

情况如下：[root@localhost ~]# mysql -u mysql
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.

ERROR 1044 (42000): Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'lib'
