MySQL Administrator里面一个用户也没有，但可以登陆，请帮我看看？

Question

After i started MySQL service,I opened the MySQL Administrator and login correctly
with the name root and the password is null;but once i clicked the "User Administration
",the err message dialog poped out,ant the contents is:A MySQL error was encountered.The message is:
Could not fetch user names.
 The following error occured:Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' to database 'mysal'(1044)

你建立一个用户，ROOT　OR　其它的，安装时没有选择用户？

我的 add new user 菜单选项是gray的，不能用。怎么办呢？
