[求助]COPY出现Broken pipe错误

两台数据库A、B，在执行下面COPY操作时，A日志出现Broken pipe错误psql -h A -d db_a -U postgres -c COPY t_as TO STDOUT; | psql -h B -d db_b -U postgres -c COPY t_as FROM STDIN;
详细日志：
COPY LOG:  could not send data to client: Connection timed out
COPY LOG:  could not send data to client: Broken pipe有遇到过类似的问题吗？有没有解决办法？PG 8.1.11
