MySql: Forcing close of thread 1 user: 'root' 诊断

Question

The line above should means that during the shutdown process,
the server found clients connected and tries to close them.
Are you using the server with --enable-named-pipes ?

if u use php and append this line, 
you could also get the same error.mysql_close($myconnection);
