PG的WINDOWS版本尚未正式发布，要使用它还需要等待。现在有CYGWIN上的版本，至少要CYGWIN的一个DLL。性能自然不会很好。
有人提供了一个WINDOWS NATIVE的一个测试版本，可以去POSTGRESQL.ORG找找。中文论坛 www.pgsqldb.org 也不错。
