5: 删除 MySQL 安装目录下的所有文件OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

在哪个操作系统下？
如果是windows就不用说了，如果是linx，看你怎么装的了。
如果使用rpm装的，用rpm -e删除，
如果不是，手工删除，注意默认的安装路径：
/usr/local
这个目录下，bin  include  info  lib  libexec  man  mysql-test  share  sql-bench  var都有他的东西。
