真是折磨人啊 呵呵， 应用开发的子菜单里的 SQL PLUS 还是不行!

Question

错误如上图对话框，第一列  system，，密码 manager，，第三列空着的（本地登录不需要 主机字符可以，我看有本书写的）也查了错误了，SID 也没错啊也修改了 
　sqlnet.ora文件中的
　SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NTS) NTS换为NONE.
 还是不行，，依然报  01034 那两个错误。。

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available 
Cause: Oracle was not started up. Possible causes include the following: 
- The SGA requires more space than was allocated for it.- The operating-system variable pointing to the instance is improperly defined. 
Action: Refer to accompanying messages for possible causes and correct the problem mentioned in the other messages. If Oracle has been initialized, then on some operating systems, verify that Oracle was linked correctly. See the platform specific Oracle documentation.
