oracle安装时在创建数据库的时候复制文件在2%的时候就不动了。

平台windows 20003 server 64 sp2 
HP数据库服务器
oracle 10g 64安装的时候选择高级安装，然后安装时创建数据库。但是最后进行数据库克隆的时候，复制文件的进度条到2%就不走了。请问大虾怎么回事。光盘光驱绝对没有问题。跪求解决办法。。

Symptoms
OUI throws the following message when installing Oracle software in Windows " INFO: ERROR: Cannot add user to application access ACL. 
No mapping between account names and security IDs was done."Cause
This is because When you are installing Oracle for the first time , the group ORA_DBA is not already existing and is created later during the installation.Solution
Ignore the message and continue the installation.You will not get the message when installation is done for the second time. 
                                               OR 
Create "ORA_DBA" group before starting installation.

我只是复制metalink上面的解释，大概是说可以忽略，第二次安装就不会报错了，或者在安装前创建一个“ORA_DBA”的组

 机器多少核cpu。是不是超过36核了啊。oracle10g最多支持36核。
