请好心的高手帮帮忙吧

服务器掉电，重启以后，想启动数据库，如下操作：
su - oracle
sqlplus /nolog
执行这步时，提示 ksh:sqlplus:not found
请问各位大侠是怎么回事？补充：我用lslv fslv00
发现它的LV STATE 是closed
是不是重启是这个卷没有挂载上啊?
如果是这样，该用哪个命令挂载呢？我用mount all命令，提示如下：
# mount all
