关于windows 2003下oracle 10g rac的安装问题

浪潮nf580服务器（双网卡）+浪潮存储，windows2003 32位操作系统
ip配置：PUB网卡59.208.17.111/112 pri网卡10.10.10.1/2 两块网卡均连接交换机，两网卡不在同一个VLAN层
hosts配置如下：
59.208.17.111  rac1
59.208.17.112  rac2
1.1.1.1        rac1-vip
1.1.1.2        rac2-vip
10.10.10.1     rac1-pri
10.10.10.2     rac2-pri
存储设置：
三个磁盘，四个裸分区，分别都指定了盘符未格式化：第一个盘空间400M（未用），第二个盘空间600G（存放数据文件），第三个盘空间4G（分2个区各2G，分别存放OCR和CSS）在安装过程中，Configuration Assistant第一步报OUI-25031错误，在日志中查看到如下信息：信息: 开始执行 Configuration Assistant
信息: Command = C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd /c call D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\crs/install/crssetup.config.bat clscfg: EXISTING configuration version 3 detected.
clscfg: version 3 is 10G Release 2.
Successfully accumulated necessary OCR keys.

-force is destructive and will destroy any previous cluster
