如何利用Oradata目录下的备份恢复数据库？

前几天不知什么原因，本人机器装的Oracle-11g服务启动不了。因为图简单，备份了Oradata目录后卸载并重装了Oracle-11g. 现在数据库服务是可以启动了，可是用原oradata目录替换新的oradata目录后，发现这样连数据库服务都启动不了了。
 
 本人对Oracle数据库DBA了解不多，还望高人详细指点该怎么操作。不甚感激！

startup报什么错?
能mount吗?

scn系统检查号不一样,那是不能启动的

重建一个:
  Database Configuration Assistant
 
cmd -- exp system/system@East file=f:/exp.bmp

--导出用户
exp system/system@newer file=f:\scott.dmp log=f:\scott.log owner=scott
--导出用户中的表
exp scott/tiger@newer file=f:\scott_emp_dept.dmp  tables=(emp,dept)
--导入用户中的表
imp scott/tiger@newer file=f:\scott_emp_dept.dmp fromuser=scott  touser=scott
--导入用户
imp system/system@newer file=f:\scott.dmp fromuser=scott touser=scott
