在线跪求

首先我选择在../Oracle/Middleware/wlserver_10.3/common/bin下的startManagedWebLogic.cmd启动WebLogic时，dos界面一闪就没了，启动失败。
然后我又选择在dos下使用startManagedWebLogic  用户名  http:\\localhost:7001启动Weblogic，但是还是失败，下面是报错信息，请各位高手指点：

    看dump出来的信息似乎是少了个配置文件啊。。

    这个是中间件的问题，没有玩过，不过错误信息里有一条比较重要：
    The configuration directory C:\Windows\System32\config is missing the file config.xml and the admin server is not available to download it.
    安装中间件的过程有没有报什么错？
