win2k下安装oracle10g不能出现gui界面

以前在win2000下装过几次oracle10g，都没什么问题，现在公司有一台系统用了很久的机器要装oracle10g，已经打了sp4的补丁。硬件配置符合要求。
在安装时在前面的监测窗口过后就没有出现gui的界面。
在任务管理器中可以看到一个javaw的进程还在，但是不占用cpu资源了。
日志如下：

有人说用日志文件中的那个setup.exe可以，但是我用还是没成功。
