传说ORACLE 10g 能跨越resetlogs恢复~

传说ORACLE 10g 能跨越resetlogs恢复，但我对数据库进行过实验，无法跨越resetlogs恢复。
命令是 run{
set until time "to_date('2009-10-15 10:00:00','yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss')";
restore database;
recover database;
}弹出了以下出错

请问跨越resetlogs恢复是否还有条件的吗？
