如何解释该跟踪文件

请问各位大侠
我用的是ORACLE 11G 今天打开企业管理器，点性能连接突然不能连接了,系统还提示“内部错误，请查日志文件”,只看到有相关的跟踪文件生成 tpcw_ora_12188.trc
文件内容:
