Cognos服务启动问题

启动Cognos服务时资料库用Oracle10g测试都能通过，但启动时发生下面的错误，细节如下。另外，资料库用SQL Server可以正常启动，Oracle字符集勾选的UTF-8.哪位高手指点下怎么解决。Start Service]

分享一下怎么搞定的啊，我的也一样，用的Oracle数据库，content store测试可以通过，但就是启动不了....
