楼上的说的对，一个实例下能够挂多个DB看楼主的问法，应该是要建立个自己的用户库。若是远程：建议使用xmanager登陆 然后使用oracle安装用户 执行dbca，使用向导 要不就在sqlplus下手动建库。 注意下字符集问题 Character set gb2312命令 creat database base_name之后一定要运行 catalog.sql and catproc.sql Two scripts catalog.sql and catproc.sql must be run after the database is created. Both scripts must be run as the user SYS with SYSDBA privilege. Before executing the scripts the database must be placed in the OPEN state.
oradim 可以创建新的oracle实例，对应于一个 windows 平台的 windonws 服务
如果新增数据库，可以用dbca创建一个新的数据
如果是新增实例，就需要建立集群了。
然后使用oracle安装用户 执行dbca，使用向导
