How to select a record contains SPACE

Hi all,I have a problem with selecting a record.
The value has a SPACE like 'AB C'
When I run the script in UNIX environment, the record could not be selected.How should I fix it in order to identify the SPACE?Thanks in advance!

Because Unix system using SPACE as a separation sign.
So you should try change declaration of separation in Unix.
In Linux system, the Bash variable is IFS.
In Unix?? I don't know.
Maybe you can use \040 replace SPACE.
