求助，关于给oracle 10g安装补丁

在redhat as 4 安装oracle 10g  (10.2.0.1.0) for Linux x86 但在安装 p5337014_10203_LINUX 补丁时安装不上。是用图形安装完成了。但是实例老是启动失败。SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.3.0 - Production on Sat Dec 22 20:46:46 2007Copyright (c) 1982, 2006, Oracle.  All Rights Reserved.SQL> conn / as sysdba

ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced是不是还要运行dbua程序。有打过补丁的朋友，给我一些大致的步骤，有没有升级补丁要注意的地方。要升级单位的生产数据库，十分急，希望大家帮帮我吧。本人万分感激。
