The candidate will be part of the team supporting a suite of applications which is available globally 24x6. This position will do afternoon shift.
Primary responsibilities will include:
•Providing first level and second level support
•Monitoring systems and ensuring SLAs•
Escalation to development teams for third level support develop tools to assist in monitoring and support
Job Requirements:
•IT related degree
Minimum 3 years of experience of Business Objects report writing & universe design.
•Strong SQL knowledge
BO Versions: 5.x, 6.x, XI
•Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills required.
•Excellent spoken and written English
•Investment Banking experience is a plusCSi Analyst Developer
Location: Singapore
Job Description:The position is for an Analyst Developer based in Singapore. The main responsibility is to provide development and production support for a number of critical Product Control applications, specifically those applications that are owned by Product Control IT CSi Data Services team.Occasional weekend work and Bank Holidays may be required. Some support outside normal business hours. Job Requirements:
• IT related degree
• 4-6 years of development/support experience
