連接問題

我有連個表連接flow_info system_table,我用select * from flow_info a ,system_table b where a.flow_id = b.id(+)
  and a.date = to_char(b.date,'YYYY/MM')最後這個條件出了問題，我flow_info中原本有100條記錄的這樣一找只有21條了，把條件改成這樣又會報錯 a.date = to_char(b.date,'YYYY/MM')（+）我想要的是flow_info 中的全部，只能要（+）來連接，請教大家怎麼做？

  and a.date = to_char(b.date,'YYYY/MM')

你的logic不清楚啊，又要flow表的数据全部出来，又要满足date条件，这个是矛盾的，首先要把你的需求搞明白
