grant授权问题

我用scott账号登录sql*plus,将自己(scott)的数据库first中的表table1的更新权限授权给system账户，语句如下：SQL> grant select on "scott"."table1" to "system";
为什么会提示“表或视图不存在”？

--单引号，可以用在表名和列名上楼主应该去掉双引号
