Oracle 由于600错误而停掉，不知道有没有人能解决？

Question

我的oracle每天都会莫名其妙的停掉，这是在从9.2.0.1升级到9.2.0.5之后频繁出现的，下面是alert_orcl.log日至的部分内容,哪位高人帮我看看啦.

ORA-00600 internal error code, arguments: [string], [string], [string], [string],
[string], [string], [string], [string]
Cause: This is the generic internal error number for Oracle program exceptions.
It indicates that a process has encountered a low-level, unexpected condition.
Causes of this message include:
n timeouts
n file corruption
n failed data checks in memory
n hardware, memory, or I/O errors
n incorrectly restored files
The first argument is the internal message number. Other arguments are
various numbers, names, and character strings. The numbers may change
meanings between different versions of Oracle.
Action: Report this error to Oracle Support Services after gathering the
following information:
n events that led up to the error
n the operations that were attempted that led to the error
n the conditions of the operating system and databases at the time of the error
n any unusual circumstances that occurred before receiving the ORA-00600

ORA00600错误确实很烦人,给人一种无从下手的感觉........
但你可以:
把你的OS版本,客户端软件及版本,数据库连接方式(CS BS JDBC OCI.....),故障发生详情等等发上来,大家看看.....
有好心人的话,有可能把你的问题提交到ORACLE METALINK

我的OS版本是SunOS 5.8
Oracle数据库版本是9.2.0.1升级到9.2.0.5
发生这些问题的时候都是在夜里12点到凌晨3点之间，这个时候没有任何客户端连在数据库上，weblogic连在oracle上，但这个时候肯定没有人访问web的
但在oracle里面做了大约4.5个job，定时执行，我想有可能是这些job的问题

现在又出现了一个新问题，实例自动停掉我已经在Metalink上提交了TAR，可是现在还有个问题，就是在做日常操作的时候老是由提示，“ORA-04031 无法分配 xx 字节的共享内存（"large pool","unknown object","sort subheap","sort key"）”,但有时具体信息有所不同，但都是分配不了内存

有人能告诉我怎么在oracle里看磁盘的存取状况吗，比如我做某个查询或者事务的时候能不能看到，这个时候的磁盘和内存使用情况，用图形界面的。
