OPEN_CURSORS
Maximum number of cursors that a user session can have open at any one time. If the number of cursors being held by users is frequently near the maximum, increase the OPEN_CURSORS value for a performance boost. If the setting is too high, you will be wasting memory. A typical setting for users of a large application is between 200 and 300.
