ORACLE 启动失败，ORA-01034

SQL> startup

数据库装载完毕。
数据库已经打开。
SQL>
无法自动启动数据库实例，但手工 startup ，又可以了。请教是什么原因？

补充：环境：winxp
oracle9i每次windows启动，都无法自动启动，要手工startup 一次

你进入到控制面版把oracle实例设置自动启动

监听服务的问题lsnrctl start 就好了
