 1、user_tab_comments表中的数据是什莫时候存放进去的。
 2、如何修改user_tab_comments表中的数据。
 3、表中的comments一列的值为snapshot table for snapshot username.tablename是什莫意思？

在建立表等对象的时候，如果DROP 表，也会随着删除。
