TOAD for Oracle 9.5 安装问题

我在安装Toad for　Oracle　9.5时遇到一个很奇怪的问题，安装时提示这样的错误：“You do not currently have the required level of privileges to perform an installation or update. You will need to see your administrator to either gain access or have them install or upgrade your Quest products.” 大家以前有没有遇到这种问题，如果遇到过，请帮我解决一下。感激不尽:)
