我在xp下安装Oracle 9i为什么只好使了2次就不好用了呢!?

我在xp(sp1)下安了一次Oracle 9i,当时安完了一切正常,过了1天就进不去了!提示输入密码错误!(我的密码保证没输错)这是怎么回事!?请教各位高手!等这您的答复!
我用的是system!我的密码保证没错!他提示:ORA-12560:TNS:协议适配器错误!

    ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter errorAction: The listener was unable to start a process connecting the user to the database server.Cause: Perform these steps:Turn on tracing and repeat the operation.

    首先用net manager配置一个连接字符串，测试通了后，再连接(sql*plus)
