高手帮忙：ORA-29701 :unable to connect to Cluster Manager

我在执行一条SQL语句时，报以上错误，原来一直没有问题，直到近期才出现，高手帮忙看是怎么回事？

ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager因为安装完10g以后，就直接把/etc/inittab中的h1:35:respawn:/etc/init.d/init.cssd run >/dev/null 2>&1这句注释了
取消注释
重新启动
