The procedure entry point nsdosend could not be located in the dynamic link library oran9.dll.

在别的服务器中copy一个oran9.dll进行替换，试一下。如果还不行的话，只得删除后重新再装了。

问题已解决。
对于启动Oracle9.2.0.1   Enterprise   Manager“无法定为程序输入点nsredirected于动态链接库oran9.dll”。解决方法：将Windows/System32目录下以Ora开头的dll文件全部删除啦，本来正常情况下这个目录就不应该有Ora开头的Dll的。前三回复的给分。
