很有挑战性的问题：ora-00600 internal error code [4194],[9],[9][][][][][][]

各位好！今给朋友帮忙，遇一难题，有几个问题想请教：
    Turbolinux服务器由于突然断电，机器重起后数据库可以mounted,但不能opened.在alter database open时报如题所示的错。internal用户可以进入，svrmgrl可以启动。不知是什么原因？有什么好的解决办法吗？（问题一）
    用户的数据文件、控制文件、联机日志文件完好。现有最新的输出文件（*.dmp）是一个月前的。我想重装ORACLE FOR linux，不知有没有什么办法能将数据恢复到故障前？（问题二）
    dbstart文件在哪个目录下？(问题三)
    请高手赐教？！！！

    抛砖引玉吧。
    (问题一)可能由于突然断电，某系统文件损坏，具体可查一下Linux相关说明。
    (问题二)重装Oracle For Linux后，可装入一台客户端，配置连接串，
    在客户端手工建立用户后，用imp导入至Oracle服务器。
    (问题三)dbstart和lsnrctl两文件在UNIX中放在Oracle$Home/bin下。

    The ORA-600[4194] is signalled when the transaction table and the undo block is out of sync. Maybe your rollback segments corrupted.
    Connect with Oracle Support is good ideal.

    报错ora-00600 ，似乎是没有什么好的解决办法，你就重装吧！你有.dmp文件，装好之后用imp倒入即可

    肯定是回滚段或者回滚表空间出问题600-[4000]到[5000]的错误都是和rollback 相关的。启动前加一个参数_offline_rollback_segments=(...),使数据库启动时只带动系统回滚段。数据库起来后重建rollback segment or rollback tablespace ，问题应该能得到解决。重装ORACLE软件对数据库并没有什么影响。 dbstart和lsnrctl两文件在UNIX中放在Oracle$Home/bin下

    ORA-00600 internal error code, arguments: [string], [string], [string], [string], [string], [string], [string], [string]  Cause This is the generic internal error number for Oracle program exceptions. It indicates that a process has encountered a low-level, unexpected condition. Causes of this message include: 1.timeouts 2.file corruption 3.failed data checks in memory 4.hardware, memory, or I/O errors 5.incorrectly restored files The first argument is the internal message number. Other arguments are various numbers, names, and character strings. The numbers may change meanings between different versions of Oracle.  
    Action Report this error to Oracle Customer Support after gathering the following information: 1.events that led up to the error 2.the operations that were attempted that led to the error 3.the conditions of the operating system and databases at the time of the error 4.any unusual circumstances that occurred before receiving the ORA-00600 message 5.contents of any trace files generated by the error 6.the relevant portions of the Alter files Note: The cause of this message may manifest itself as different errors at different times. Be aware of the history of errors that occurred before this internal
