作业中无法运行系统程序包的问题？

操作系统：OpenVMS 与UNIX差不多   数据库:ORACLE8我做了一个过程，其功能主要是调用SYS.UTL_TCP包发送报文，运行正常。但如果放到作业里运行就不正常了，我将错误号写到到表中，是如下错误
ORA-29516 Aurora assertion failure: string
Cause: An internal error occurred in the Aurora module.
Action: Contact Oracle Support Services.但我在win2000下装的Oracle8也用同样的做法，就可以！我想可能是权限不足，但我将sys.UTL_TCP的EXECUTE权限给了PUBLIC，还是不行，实在不清楚是什么原因，望各位指教。
后来我又在作业的过程中加入了用DBMS.PIPE包发送管道的语包，可管道中为空。好像在作业中使用PIPE包也有问题。程序肯定没有问题，做法应该也没什么问题，因为我在WIN环境下做都可以。[email protected]另外，我在OPENVMS下做了个数据库联接，DATABASE LINK 但只能查远程数据库，而不能写提示：
ORA-02088 distributed database option not installed

database option.
我已让搞数据库的人去搞了，也不知能搞好吗》OPENVMS说起来好，绝不会DOWN机，但这么不好用！郁闷！
