ORA-01017 invalid username/password;logon denied

登录到Oracle management Server是出现错误vtk-1000，然后我想创建个资料档案库来解决，运行到第3（创建资料档案库用户）步时，在38%进度卡住了，等了15分钟后我就关掉了，再次创建时第3步完成了，到第4步（创建资料档案库）时，出错ORA-01017 invalid username/password;logon denied
