无法使用enterprise manager

我在一台机器上装了两个数据库,分别为orcl,test,管理端口分别为1158,5500.现在启动oracle enterprise manager服务,
$emctl start dbconsole

Logs are generated in directory /export/home/oracle/product/10.0/localhost_orcl/sysman/log 
只是启动了orcl的服务,而test的oracle enterprise manager始终启动不了.
请教各位,我应该做啥改动啊?
